We designed a hybrid AI language access solution that combines contextual translation with immediate human interpreter escalation for sensitive situations. Co-designed with NGOs and refugee-led organisations, the platform is being piloted in France and built for use across humanitarian settings.
Fundraising Suite
Institutional fundraising has become more competitive, more complex, and more time-intensive, while NGO teams are expected to deliver higher-quality proposals with limited capacity.
Fundraising work is often fragmented across documents, systems, and individuals, making it difficult to maintain strategic focus, institutional memory, and consistency across bids.
We designed an AI-supported fundraising suite that helps organisations manage donor intelligence, structure proposal development, and improve the quality and coherence of submissions. The focus is on supporting strategic decision-making, reducing repetitive work, and enabling teams to write stronger proposals grounded in what donors actually look for.
CLEAR — Countering Lies, Extremism, and Algorithmic Risk
Disinformation increasingly undermines trust, social cohesion, and democratic processes, particularly in fragile and polarised environments.
Civil society organisations and public actors often lack timely, accessible tools to detect harmful narratives, understand how they spread, and respond effectively without amplifying them.
We developed the CLEAR Initiative, an AI-enabled approach to monitoring and analysing disinformation patterns in real time.
The initiative supports organisations in identifying emerging risks, understanding narrative dynamics, and designing proportionate, ethical responses that strengthen resilience rather than fuel escalation.
